¿Cuánto tarda la entrega?
Los pedidos salen en 48 horas con seguimiento. La entrega tarda de 5 a 7 días hábiles en la mayoría de los países europeos, y el enlace de seguimiento llega a tu bandeja de entrada en cuanto el paquete sale.
¿Puedo devolver mi reloj?
Sí. Tienes 30 días desde la entrega para devolver cualquier reloj, incluidos los artículos en oferta. En la UE conservas además el derecho legal de desistimiento de 14 días.
¿Me quedará bien en la muñeca?
Los brazaletes de acero se acortan quitando eslabones: en casa con una herramienta para quitar eslabones o en cualquier joyería en pocos minutos. Las correas de cuero se ajustan con la hebilla. Cada página de producto indica el tamaño de la caja.
¿Hay garantía?
Todos los relojes incluyen una garantía de 2 años en el movimiento. Si se detiene por un defecto de fabricación, lo sustituimos.
¿Puedo llevarlo en el agua?
La mayoría de los modelos soportan salpicaduras y lluvia (2 o 3 ATM, indicado en cada página de producto). Quítatelo para nadar o ducharte.
