Comment fonctionne l'offre Black Friday ?
Ajoutez deux montres de votre choix à votre panier, pour homme ou pour femme. La moins chère des deux est offerte, et la réduction s'affiche dans votre panier avant le paiement. Aucun code n'est nécessaire. Avec quatre montres, vous en avez deux gratuites, et ainsi de suite.
Combien de temps prend la livraison ?
Les commandes sont expédiées sous 48 heures avec suivi. La livraison prend 5 à 7 jours ouvrés vers la plupart des pays européens, et le lien de suivi arrive dans votre boîte mail dès que le colis part.
Puis-je retourner ma montre ?
Oui. Vous avez 30 jours à compter de la livraison pour retourner n'importe quelle montre, articles soldés compris. Dans l'UE, vous conservez en outre le droit légal de rétractation de 14 jours.
Ira-t-elle à mon poignet ?
Les bracelets en acier se raccourcissent en retirant des maillons : chez vous avec un outil de retrait de maillons, ou chez n'importe quel bijoutier en quelques minutes. Les bracelets en cuir se règlent avec la boucle. Chaque page produit indique la taille du boîtier.
Y a-t-il une garantie ?
Chaque montre est livrée avec une garantie de 2 ans sur le mouvement. S'il s'arrête à cause d'un défaut de fabrication, nous le remplaçons.
Puis-je la porter dans l'eau ?
La plupart des modèles supportent les éclaboussures et la pluie (2 ou 3 ATM, indiqué sur chaque page produit). Retirez-la pour nager ou prendre une douche.
